Our most comprehensive package, Guided Support includes a detailed sleep guide, full messaging support and two follow up calls throughout implementation. In addition, the package includes a maintenance call at the end of month one.

Best suited to: Parents looking for extra support through the sleep coaching process. This package includes the development of a custom sleep plan based on your family’s and your baby’s needs and continuous support through implementation of the sleep plan.

• Introduction and discovery call,
• full detailed sleep plan customized to your little one’s age and habits
• 2 weeks of email and text support
• One SOS call during the evening, if needed
• Regular check-in calls (4 x 30 minute catch up calls)
• 1 follow up call one week after (30 minutes)
