New Mama Gift Guide
Whether you are expecting yourself or shopping for someone else, deciding what products to choose can be completely overwhelming. Our New Mama Gift Guide covers all the must-haves for the expecting mama in your life, from brands that I love myself and use at home with my kids.

How gorgeous is this Crate&kids towel! There are few things cuter than a bathtime baby, and these gorgeous towels are there to make it even cuter. They’re also perfect for that pre-bedtime routine, getting bub nice and snug and ready for a long sleep.

One of our most used baby items for sure, we have a Hatch Rest in both kids’ rooms. Personally I like the Rest, but the Rest 2nd Generation has it’s benefits too – namely that it’s also portable with up to 12 hours of battery life.

Oh, we love these so! Kyte sleep sacks are the softest sleep sacks I’ve been able to find, they’re made with a bamboo rayon fabric that is ultra breathable and butter soft. When looking for the best environment for your little to sleep in, it’s best to keep the room nice and cool. We love these sleep sacks because they run up to 2.5 tog, meaning that they keep our little ones snug as a bug, while being sleep safe.

aden + anais is one of my favourite baby brands. Each of the items is beautifully made with adorable patterns in premium materials. The receiving blankets are soft and breathable, perfect for swaddling or using as a lightweight stroller blanket. They also have sleep safe velcro swaddles, which make getting bub ready at bedtime all the easier. Having tried (and tried and tried!) all different varieties of swaddles, the velcro variety are definitely my favorite for newborns! Once your little is 3 or so months, I also love the Love to Dream swaddles.

Lovevery Gift Boxes
One of my favorite gifts to give new mamas, the Lovevery Gift Boxes are beautiful and unique. They are thoughtfully filled age specific toys and activities for your little one to enjoy. Each kit comes with a parent manual to help new parents understand the skills and cognitive development associated with the toys and age

This one is a bit personal, but if you know me, you know I adore a monogrammed baby gift. These stroller gift sets are gorgeous, with ultra soft materials and beautiful designs to keep your little one warm in the cooler months.
Whether you are expecting or buying for someone else, these are my new baby must haves. What are some of your favourite things?

Personally, I had no idea until I had my second baby that Burts Bees sold any baby items at all. I discovered these burp cloths and they have quickly become a go-to staple in my baby gift sets. They are soft, durable and have the sweetest patterns. They’re a great addition to any gift basket or for your own diaper caddy.

This one is a little more expensive, but in the world of measuring sleep it's hard to beat. The Nanit camera offers fantastic sleeping insights, including how long it took your little one to fall asleep, whether your child woke in the night, how long they were awake for and any other interruptions. It offers live audio and video monitoring from a birdseye view both inside and outside of the home, and even offers a compatible travel stand for when you are on holiday.
